Loading
Diamond L Feed & Transport LLC, any of their employees and/or representatives and the property owner are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages to any person, vehicle, trailer and/or personal property during loading.
Loading is a complementary service we provide. Anyone may decline this service.
You are welcome to load yourself, by hand, at your OWN RISK.
In addition, the property is equipped with multiple security cameras enabling us to view all angles of all activities.
Payment
We accept payment in the form of Cash, Check with your current address and phone number, Credit Cards, Venmo, CashApp and Zelle. You will be required to show our employee your proof of payment if you are paying via Venmo, CashApp and Zelle.
If your payment is reversed, is NSF or funds become "unavailable" for any reason, it is YOUR responsibility to make the correction and make payment the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. It is not our job to hunt you down and inform you of this! You have ONE WEEK from the time we are informed of payment issue before we make the issue PUBLIC.
There is a $50 fee for all NSF checks, no exceptions.
Stop Payment On Checks
Anyone that makes a stop payment on a check will become a cash only customer for there on out. If you make a stop payment on a check and have not returned the product, we will move forward with legal action as this is considered theft.
Delivery Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Products must be returned in order to get any kind of refund, exchange or credit.
